Wilderness Skills for Survival - Winter Break Camp (5th-8th Grade)

Winter survival skills are no joke! Learn to how to stay warm and dry in challenging winter conditions, the proper winter gear, and how to build proper shelters and fires. Participants

will learn about natural fibers, and how to cook over an open fire like a pro. Orient yourself with just nature as your guide. Each day builds your skills. 9 am to 3 pm each day, December 27, 28 and 29. For grades 5-8. Students must provide their own lunches. Members: $175; non-members: $200.
