Birdz Camp 101 at Beechwood 6th - 9th graders (June 22-26)

This week, June 22-26, is BIRDZ 101. For children entering 6th - 9th grade. Birding is cool, fun, and the fastest-growing outdoor activity in America. Campers will develop new skills by spending quality time in the field with the correct equipment and with one of our expert guides. Included are field trips, including  North Park, Moraine State Park and a bird banding station (field trips subject to change). Each participant will receive binoculars and a field guide. This is an all day camp, from 9 am - 3 pm. Students must provide their own lunches. Some days will have early starts to accommodate field trips. A schedule will be provided in advance. ASWP will provide transportation to the field trip sites, departing from Beechwood. Permission forms and gear list will be sent to participants before camp begins.
