Description

Dragonflies are colorful, dramatic and fun to watch. Let's learn about their lives that begin underwater but then go to the sky to spar for territory, wait for mates and hawk for insects. Meet saddlebags, pondhawks, skimmers, amberwings and more. In partnership with Worthington-West Franklin Library, Audubon presents this program series for families about the life in your local watershed, Buffalo Creek. Online, free and open to all. You must register to get your zoom link, sent as the program approaches.

This program is offered free of charge thanks to the generous support of the Pennsylvania Department of Natural Resources and Conservation, Bureau of Recreation and Conservation’s Environmental Stewardship Fund and the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation.
