Stream Health Walk

Join Audubon, Penn State Extension, and the Buffalo Creek Watershed Coalition for a stream health walk event along Buffalo Creek. Learn more about stream health, water quality, and ways to protect Pennsylvania’s streams as you explore aquatic life, riparian buffers, stream restoration, and wildlife habitat. We’ll also practice using Penn State Extension’s First Investigation of Stream Health protocol! Please wear appropriate footwear for walking and exploring uneven terrain. You will also have the chance to get into the water if you choose. Attendence is limited and advance registration required.
